This Privacy Policy (this “Policy”) governs the website (the “Site”) operated by or on behalf of Mittelstand-Akademie Nordamerika, Inc. (“MANA”, „we“, „us“ or “our”).

This Policy applies only to information we collect on or through the Site. PLEASE READ THIS POLICY CAREFULLY TO UNDERSTAND OUR POLICIES AND PRACTICES REGARDING YOUR INFORMATION AND HOW WE WILL TREAT IT. IF YOU DO NOT ACCEPT THE TERMS OF THIS POLICY YOU MAY NOT ACCESS OR USE THE SITE AND YOU SHOULD DISCONTINUE YOUR USE OF IT. YOUR USE OF THIS SITE SHALL BE DEEMED TO BE YOUR AGREEMENT TO ABIDE BY EACH OF THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS SET FORTH IN THIS POLICY.

This Policy may change from time to time (see “Changes to Our Privacy Policy”). Your continued use of the Site after we revise this Policy means you accept those changes, so please check this Policy periodically for updates.

B. How We Collect Information

We collect information from and about users of the Site:

· Automatically when you use the Site.

· Through information and tracking technologies to help with Site performance and for other business purposes.

C. Information You Provide Directly to Us

If you provide information for publication or display (“Posted”) on public areas of the Site or websites you access through the Site (collectively “User Contributions”), then your User Contributions are Posted and transmitted to others at your own risk. · Usage Details. When you access and use the Site, we may automatically collect certain details of your access to and use of the Site, including traffic data, location data, logs, and other communication data and the resources that you access and use on or through the Site.

· Device Information. We may collect information about your mobile device and internet connection, including the device’s unique device identifier, IP address, operating system, browser type, mobile network information, and the device’s telephone number.

If you do not want us to collect any of the above information, then you may decide not to use the Site or not to download the mobile application, or delete the mobile application from your device. E. Information Collection and Tracking Technologies

We do not deploy non-essential cookies or analytical tracking technologies in the operation of our Site unless you have provided us your affirmative consent to the use of non-essential cookies or analytical tracking technologies under our cookies consent process.

Subject to the aforementioned, to help with the functioning of the Site and for other business purposes, we use information collection and tracking technologies, which may automatically track the following information:

· Cookies (or mobile cookies). A cookie is a small file placed on your smartphone. It may be possible to refuse to accept mobile cookies by activating the appropriate setting on your smartphone. However, if you select this setting you may be unable to access certain parts of our Site. We use session cookies and persistent cookies on the Site. F. Third-Party Information Collection

Generally. When you use the Site, certain third parties acting as our service providers may collect information on our behalf to help us operate the Site and to accomplish other business purposes. Any such third parties may use automatic information collection technologies to collect information about you or your device. These third parties may include:

· Advertisers, ad networks, and ad servers.

· Your device manufacturer (mobile/other device).

· Your service provider (mobile/other device).

These third parties may use tracking technologies to collect information about you when you use the Site. The information they collect may be associated with your personal information or they may collect information, including personal information, about your online activities over time and across different websites, apps, and other online services websites. They may use this information to provide you with interest-based (behavioral) advertising or other targeted content.

We do not control these third parties’ tracking technologies or how they may be used. If you have any questions about an advertisement or other targeted content, you should contact the responsible provider directly.

Payments Processing. For programs and/or services offered through the Site, we use third-party services for payments processing (e.g., payment processors). MANA itself will not store or collect your payment card details. That information is provided directly by you to our third-party payment processors whose use of your personal information for such purposes is governed by their respective privacy policy. These payment processors may include, without limitation, (Link, Paypal). Payment processors are also required to comply with laws applicable to them in their capacity as payment processor, which include requirements about the secure handling of payment information.

Other Sites. Our Site may contain links to other sites and applications/apps that are not operated by us. If you click a third party link, you will be directed to that third party’s site or app. We strongly advise you to review the applicable privacy policy of every site or app you visit. We have no control over and assume no responsibility for the content, privacy policies or practices of any third-party sites, apps or services that are linked from our Site

G. Our Use of Google Analytics

Subject to as set forth herein, we use a tool called “Google Analytics” to collect information about use of this site. Google Analytics collects information such as how often users visit or use the Site, what pages users visit when they do so, and what other sites user used prior to coming to the Site. We use the information we get from Google Analytics to improve the Site. H. How We Use Your Information

We use information that we collect about you or that you provide to us, including any personal information, to:

· Provide, maintain and improve the Site and its contents, and any other information, programs, seminars, courses, content-based offerings, services or other products (collectively, the “MANA Offerings”) that you request from us.

· Fulfill orders and deliver MANA Offerings ordered by you.
